Mehmet GÜNAY, born in Rize in 1978, completed his undergraduate education at Istanbul University Faculty of Law between 1997-2002. He completed his master’s degree at Selçuk University Institute of Social Sciences in 2007, earning a master’s degree. In 2008, he was accepted into the doctoral program at Kocaeli University Institute of Social Sciences, and subsequently, in 2013, he successfully completed his doctoral education with his thesis “Enforcement Crimes” and received the title of Doctor of Law. He has published books and articles on various legal topics. He knows English. He continues his academic studies in criminal law and human rights. Additionally, he writes articles on current legal issues under the articles section of this website.
